At Groxiara, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our crystal bracelets. Each piece is unique. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your crystal bracelet must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused) and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
Crystals are natural and delicate. If your bracelet arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at QiongYi844@gmail.com with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom/Size-Adjusted Items: Bracelets specifically resized or custom-made for you cannot be returned.

Natural Variations: Please note that natural crystals may have slight variations in color, shape, and inclusions. These are not considered defects.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
